Preparation Info
Completing our HIPPA secure digital intake form before your appointment allows your therapist to get right to work and better prepared to serve your needs. Which allows for more time on the table, and less paperwork.
Please note: to protect our therapist from prescribed topicals, we request our clients not to wear prescribed creams, gels or rubs to their appointment.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Be Well Holistic Massage Wellness Center, P.A. has a zero-tolerance policy that prohibits any inappropriate comments, actions, or suggestive behaviors and/or the solicitation of sexual acts by either the client or the licensed therapist. Any of these behaviors will result in a formal incident/police report and immediate termination of the service. As a client, should you choose to engage in such behaviors, you will be charged the full price for the terminated session and suspended from booking any further appointments with our establishment. Our therapists are expected to perform with professionalism and complete integrity. Any deviation from these standards will result in their immediate termination and a formal incident/police report will be made as well. We strive to provide a safe place for our clients and our working therapists.
