Booking & Scheduling
How do I book an appointment?
Book online 24/7 and choose your location and therapist, or call during reception hours for help.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are required; please schedule online for best availability.
What are your hours?
Open 7 days a week, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM; services are by appointment.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Often yes. Call between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM for the best chance of same-day openings.
What’s your cancellation policy?
The day before your scheduled appointment you'll get a polite email/text reminding you of your pending appointment. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged $35.00. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service via an invoice by email.
Can I choose my massage therapist?
Yes—when booking online you can select a specific therapist.

Payments & Insurance
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and gift certificates. A card or gift card is required to schedule; gratuities are welcomed.
Do you take insurance?
We support third-party insurance billing with a doctor’s referral and provide itemized receipts/claim codes for you to submit.
Are deposits refundable?
No—deposits are non-refundable.

What is your zero-tolerance policy?
Inappropriate comments, behavior, or solicitation of sexual acts result in immediate termination of service, a formal report, charge for the session, and suspension from booking.
What ages do you serve?
All ages—from newborns to seniors—with individualized treatments.
What if I’m not satisfied—do you offer refunds?
