I was signed up for Be Well's membership program. Due to serious health issues, I called in November to cancel my membership. Nellie assured me the membership was canceled.I received a charge on my credit card for December membership fee. I called and spoke to Nellie again and she was surprised. She said she had canceled my membership and would talk to owner Brittney about issuing a refund on my credit card. I was never issued the credit on my card. I then called on January 5 and was told Brittney was on vacation with her children. I asked for Brittney to please call me when she returned. It is now January 28th and I have not received a phone call nor a refund on my credit card. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Think twice before going to Be Well Holistic Massage.
UPDATE February 5, 2026. I finally did get a refund for the membership charge. Should not have taken me 3 months and several phone calls and emails to get it though.

I was greeted on my first visit by sweet feral kitties that are taken good care of by staff. The mid century modern building sits on a beautiful treed lot, off the beaten path and far away from hustle and bustle, so the drive there was relaxing. It's genuinely QUIET and warm, very welcoming 🙏 😊. Miranda greeted me and had helped me set up my first appointment with Calvin for massage. He is so enthusiastic about what he does, and I felt like his energy comes from a genuine place of heart work 💓. He was gentle yet effective, finding spots on me I didn't even know were sore. I've already made my next appointment with him and look forward to seeing how much better I can feel! I woke this morning with way less pain that usual.

Shoutout to Kenya! After a stressful week of work, exercise, sports and 5K run, Kenya provided me with the best experience of hot stone massage. She is wonderful and I should say it was the most amazing massage I have experienced. She will be my go to massage therapist from now on. She is very professional, so thorough, her hands work like magic that it opened my blood vessels to a good flow and my muscles were so relaxed I slept so good that night. I highly recommend Kenya!

They got me in for appt with Hannah and she gave the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. She was truly amazing and I walked out feeling a 100x better than when I had arrived there. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to everyone I know.

What a refreshing experience! My wife and I came here because they of reviews and that they were an organic spa. Right when we walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly face who showed us around and told us what to expect. Then, my wife got a facial from Erica which she absolutely loved. I got a massage with Sam. She was extremely nice and really focused on what my issues were. Everyone there is very caring and professional! We highly recommend and will be back!

I never leave reviews, but I couldn’t not leave one after the awesome experience I just had with Celeste. Best massage therapist I have ever have been to. I have been getting orthopedic &deep tissue massages for just over 25 years now, in 11 different cities, with probably 30 different therapists, and many of them were amazing, I saw a few of them regularly for years but this was hands down the best service and most comfortable first interaction with a massage therapist that I have ever received. And to top it off, was the most significant immediate relief that I have ever received. Cannot say enough positive things about her, thank you Celeste!

I called them asking about services and booking a service for my lady. She said she would call me back on this number and never did , also she picked up with the most unwelcoming tone. She sounded unhappy and did not want to help us. We own a salon in Ocala and would never service people like that ! Always wanted to try this place , but customer service is important! My excitement is down the drain now I probably won’t be booking anymore

I have chronic neck and back pain. And I’ve suffered with it for years and years. I’ve had “ massages “ and some were actually really good. BUT none of them actually made a difference until today. I travel for work ( contributes to the pain) so I generally don’t have time for me. However today I was home and had some time to kill and I was in pain. I RANDOMLY selected B. W. H. M. W. C. and scheduled an appointment with JOANNE for that afternoon. No hassle. No problem. It’s a nice atmosphere. Typical. But who cares. I could and probably should go on for pages about the therapeutic treatment I received today. JOANNE is a solid and knowledgeable professional. And a nice person. She beat me up for an hour 😂. And I would have gladly let her continue for three more. The thing that amazed me is that I could feel my body changing. My legs seemed longer. I gained circulation in my hands where there was none. And I felt like a totally different person. My neck is NOT 100%. But that would have been “ water into wine “ if you know what I mean. And I do feel that given the time and additional visits I would be as near to that lofty number as is possible for me. I will be back. Soon. JOANNE showed me today what a great therapeutic massage is supposed to be. Run, walk, shamble to this establishment and expect to be astounded.

Lucia has a very good technique and definitely knows what she's doing! I went in for shoulder pain from a car accident that gives me muscle spasms and pain every day. She did a deep tissue massage and worked every knot out and I feel amazing after! I've never had a massage that good before. Highly recommend her.

Facial 1:30 first time with Madison and it was fantastic! She was very welcoming, I felt comfortable and she made me feel amazing! I like that she let me talk but also when I wanted to relax she accommodated that also! She was very in tune with me and I will for sure return for more facials! Then at 5:30 I got a Swedish massage with Caitlyn who did my prenatal massages last year (nov.&dec.2023) to prepare me for my water birth which I successfully had 1/14/24!!!! She is amazing, knows just what to do and I had an amazing relaxing time at be well holistic all around! The oils and scents they use are perfect, the place is always clean, I feel at home and I’m so happy to be pampered and truly cared for and not just another client or product! They value my well being with awesome care!! Thank you!!!

I’ve been through PT, deep tissue massage, acupuncture, electro-conductive therapy (excruciating), steroid injection, and finally surgery. Nothing has worked like the medical massage I had with Joanne. I’m walking again without pain. Unbelievable!!!! I am finally hopeful again.

This place is a total hidden gem in Ocala. It's been my first massage treatment and I went with almost the full package: infrared sauna, 1 hour massage + facial and chiropractor. As a first time customer, you also get rebates. The staff is very attentive, explains everything and never makes you feel uncomfortable. The sauna was already very relaxing, chilling music and breathing exercises guide you through 30 minutes of mild sweating - which felt great and detoxifying. Afterwards, I got warmed cleaning towels, a robe and slippers and we went to my massage therapy. The massage therapist can concentrate on areas or do a full body massage, I picked the latter. I liked how soft-spoken she was which took away all of my anxiety, yet being able to give a powerful massage (she encouraged me to pick the intensity). During the treatment I felt so relaxed, I almost dozed off. BTW you never feel indecent, you can dress down to your level of comfort and she'll leave the room while you're getting on the table. All parts the therapist is not working on are covered by a warm blanket. The last treatment was the Chiropractor, which was a life altering experience for me. My neck and back got cracked in place and I honestly felt like I'd been reborn afterwards. I can only recommend BeWell massage to the fullest, the whole experience helped me to take my stress and anxiety from a long road trip away and made me feel like walking on clouds for a whole day. Treat your body and soul once in a while, you will not regret it.

As a local, Be Well has always been my favorite spa! What kept me coming back time and time again was the atmosphere and how calming and soothing it is inside. I love what the company represents with all organic products, all the way down to their laundry soap! There is an air of kindness to the building always, and Brittney did exceptionally detailed bodywork to me. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! It’s good for the soul to all who walk in.
My boyfriend and I got a couples massage the first time we ever went and it was so enriching, calm, and effective for the both of us. We will continuously support this lovely establishment.

As a local, Be Well has always been my favorite spa! What kept me coming back time and time again was the atmosphere and how calming and soothing it is inside. I love what the company represents with all organic products, all the way down to their laundry soap! There is an air of kindness to the building always, and Brittney did exceptionally detailed bodywork to me. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! It’s good for the soul to all who walk in.

My boyfriend and I came to get deep tissue + hot stone massage for his birthday. We both came with back pain and got out from there same thing maybe worse… we asked especially for deep tissue strong massage that we didn’t got. They forgot about the stones and had to deal with that on the time of the massage. The massage was very pricy and we both went out from there really disappointed. We need to go do another massage after this

I’ve tried going back twice now and unfortunately both times I’ve scheduled service I’ve had my appointment cancelled because either the booking system isn’t being properly maintained so members of staff that are not available show up as available or I’ve been the only appointment for an “available not available” staff member and then you get a late night call and an hour before service appointment cancellation email. This has now happened to me twice. I won’t be trying to book service here again. I hope you can get your booking system fixed and staff scheduling coordinated more effectively for future customers.

At the 25th street location, they share an office with a chiropractic center and they were beyond noisy and unprofessional. The walls are paper thin as it is an older building, but at one point I asked if they were having a party that we weren’t invited to. Not 45 mins into the 90 min massage, it sounded like a construction zone in the room next door (maybe working on the hydraulic chiro table? Who knows). My poor therapist had to ask them to be quiet and stated that she often has to do that. I was given a 5% discount which wasn’t expected but appreciated. I usually never complain but being a massage therapist myself, I know those types of conditions not only prohibit relaxation but they can also block a therapists concentration and flow. I won’t go back again, but it wasn’t because of the therapist, it’s due to the atmosphere and unprofessionalism of their cohabitants

Had a massage and facial with Caitlin W. and both were wonderful! She focused on my crabby neck and shoulders and I am feeling so much better. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The place itself is so calming and serene; as soon as I walked inside I felt better. I had months of Excruciating back pain. I saw the doctor several times and was prescribed various medications with no relief. After one session with Joanne I am pain free. She quickly identified the problem as my hamstring. I had the advanced sports massage and it has resolved the problem. Joanne is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at Be Well last Friday. The online health screening simplified the check-in process on the day of the appointment, which is a plus for me. The staff is super friendly, and the center is spotless and relaxing. WOW! If you want a true deep/sports massage please go see Jennifer N. super strong 90 min massage was beyond amazing! Pressure was firm, so this ain’t no Foo-foo massage! However, if you workout, or athletic you will NEED and WANT Jennifer! I would highly recommend her!
