Sound Bath — Breathwork & Vibrational Healing

Unwind as guided breathwork meets the soothing waves of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other ancient instruments. This all-levels session helps calm the nervous system, ease stress, and restore balance—mind, body, and spirit. Expect gentle breathing, deep listening, and spacious rest in a welcoming, low-light setting. No experience needed; just bring a mat (and a cozy blanket if you like) and arrive ready to reset.

Kids Summer Yoga Series (Ages 5–12)

Yoga is holistic self-care that builds focus, calm, and confidence. From June to August, each week brings a new theme—mindful movement, breath, and creative play—so kids stay curious and engaged. It’s a tech-free mini-retreat that helps them notice their energy and make mindful choices every day.

Limited spots. Reserve with a $22 pre-payment per weekly class. Designed for ages 5–12, when attention and imagination shine brightest.
