Great place for a massage and I've been to lots of other places. I go to the one near On Top of The World 200. It's clean, quiet and Ali gives a great massage with and without cupping. She's intuitive in her work and knows just what you need. One of the top 5 masseuse in my lifetime and I'm 75.

The entire experience was absolutely wonderful. The receptionist greets you in a very warm inviting way and makes sure you're comfortable while waiting for your appointment. She is friendly and engaging. Ashley is tremendous. Aside from being punctual she is also welcoming, warm and friendly. She went over my notes that I had put into my intake questionnaire and reviewed them with me and made sure we decided on the appropriate course of massage that would not aggrevate my spinal issues. She makes it very clear we work together to enjoy the treatment to it's fullest. I was very comfortable and the entire treatment was terrific and I can say, now that it is the day after, no pain or tightness flare-ups. After the treatment Ashley went over the spas offerings and brought me on a tour. Terrific place and deceiving as to all the great offerings this full service spa is. I suggest you go for the introductory treatment, see what all else they do and enjoy yourself. Ashley makes sure this is not just a treatment it's an experience that's all about you.

This spa has a lot of potential; however, there is room for improvement with their sauna services. After several attempts, the sauna continued to have issues heating up and staying at a reasonable heat, as advertised. They continued to charge for services when the issue was not remedied. I was very pleased with the massage services.

This was my first massage with Be Well. Michael was very professional and has great technique. Prior to the massage we discussed areas of concern and he explained the process. When he was finished it was instant relief in my neck, and I left with better mobility and my headache was gone. Overall the staff are amazing and made sure to answer all of my questions about future bookings. The establishment is very clean and has a relaxing feel to it. I am looking forward to my next visit. Edited to add after scheduling a facial with Aimee: Aimee is awesome! She made the whole experience wonderfully relaxing. My skin feels amazing and she gave really great insight to things that could help improve my skin.

I have been going to Be Well Holistic Massage for 2 months for Massages with Ashley. In the first session she got to know me and my needs etc! And i got to know how good she was at Massages. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I felt wonderful. I returned the next month for a hot rock massage, per Ashleys suggestion. It was over the top fabulous and i didn't even talk. She checked in with me for my comfort and i didn't want the treatment to end. I am committed to myself to do this every month! Thank you Ashley for loving what you do so well!

Update: I find it interesting that they "haven't received" any of my contacts or the BBB's contacts regarding this issue, yet they always received my appointment requests with no problems at all. I reached out to them probably ten times and then filed something with the BBB, but they were ignored, as well. I've had several good experiences with this place, but they messed up my neck badly TWICE and then ignored all contacts. The first one happened a few years ago, during COVID. I was very cold in the room and it ended up messing up my neck. I worked a 12 hour shift with two heating strips on both sides of my neck. She did offer me a free massage, but my neck was so sore that I didn't want anyone touching it. I decided that this place wasn't for me after that. I had a few less than ideal experiences with them. A few years passed and I began developing severe migraines. I get migraines that cause me to vomit uncontrollably and put me in the ER. I decided to give them another try. I had a handful of good experiences, but this last one really messed me up again. I think that my neck must have been misaligned on the table or something. She was going very deep into my neck, which I was fine with. However, over the next week, I was developing pain that was worsening every day after the massage. One week after the massage, I was in so much pain that I began vomiting. I called the nurse line and they told me to go to the ER to make sure my neck was okay. I went to the ER and they gave me a steroid, acetaminophen, and anti-nausea medication. They cleared me for anything severe. I reached out to this business several times and they never returned any contacts. I wanted a refund. I also filed something with the BBB, but they ignored them, as well. I truly am fine with businesses making mistakes, however, to cause this much damage and then just ignore people is such poor integrity. I won't be going back.

I was signed up for Be Well's membership program. Due to serious health issues, I called in November to cancel my membership. Nellie assured me the membership was canceled.I received a charge on my credit card for December membership fee. I called and spoke to Nellie again and she was surprised. She said she had canceled my membership and would talk to owner Brittney about issuing a refund on my credit card. I was never issued the credit on my card. I then called on January 5 and was told Brittney was on vacation with her children. I asked for Brittney to please call me when she returned. It is now January 28th and I have not received a phone call nor a refund on my credit card. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Think twice before going to Be Well Holistic Massage. UPDATE February 5, 2026. I finally did get a refund for the membership charge. Should not have taken me 3 months and several phone calls and emails to get it though.

I hope to visit again soon and when I do, be well is non negotiable for me.

Very nice and comfortable environment. The therapists are super trained and knowledgeable. Tammy is super talented and an expert in cranial sacral therapy. Very intuitive. I definitely felt a nice release of tension and pain from my decades long cervical degeneration and compression issues. She is well learned but even more important than that- she has made this knowledge her own and knows how to work with you as an individual according to your body’s own unique and peculiar limitations and issues.

I was greeted on my first visit by sweet feral kitties that are taken good care of by staff. The mid century modern building sits on a beautiful treed lot, off the beaten path and far away from hustle and bustle, so the drive there was relaxing. It's genuinely QUIET and warm, very welcoming 🙏 😊. Miranda greeted me and had helped me set up my first appointment with Calvin for massage. He is so enthusiastic about what he does, and I felt like his energy comes from a genuine place of heart work 💓. He was gentle yet effective, finding spots on me I didn't even know were sore. I've already made my next appointment with him and look forward to seeing how much better I can feel! I woke this morning with way less pain that usual. If you're looking for a real deal, down to earth, non stuck up spa, here's your place. And the address being 1111 is a most welcoming sign! ✨️✨️✨️✨️

This was my first time in and right from the start I knew I would enjoy my massage. The office was nice, clean, bright and cool. Not cold but cool. Marangely was my massage therapist and had the perfect touch. Not to hard but just the right amount of pressure. Vary relaxing and soothing atmosphere. I was given my whole hour massage not like other places that cut out a few minutes. I will most definitely be back and will not be returning to the other place.

Shoutout to Kenya! After a stressful week of work, exercise, sports and 5K run, Kenya provided me with the best experience of hot stone massage. She is wonderful and I should say it was the most amazing massage I have experienced. She will be my go to massage therapist from now on. She is very professional, so thorough, her hands work like magic that it opened my blood vessels to a good flow and my muscles were so relaxed I slept so good that night. I highly recommend Kenya!

I went in with severe lower back pain for my first visit and im very impressed! I'm not fully healed just yet but the amount of pain I was in when I walked in, was substantially less about 2 hours after being adjusted! Looking forward to future healing from Dr. Gold! High-quality care at his office! Also will take advantage of the other services the office offers! Thank you Dr. Gold!

I don’t normally do reviews but this place definitely impressed me. I was in a lot of pain and called for appt for a deep tissue massage. They got me in for appt with Hannah and she gave the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. She was truly amazing and I walked out feeling a 100x better than when I had arrived there. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to everyone I know.

What a refreshing experience! My wife and I came here because they of reviews and that they were an organic spa. Right when we walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly face who showed us around and told us what to expect. Then, my wife got a facial from Erica which she absolutely loved. I got a massage with Sam. She was extremely nice and really focused on what my issues were. Everyone there is very caring and professional! We highly recommend and will be back!

I never leave reviews, but I couldn’t not leave one after the awesome experience I just had with Celeste. Best massage therapist I have ever have been to. I have been getting orthopedic &deep tissue massages for just over 25 years now, in 11 different cities, with probably 30 different therapists, and many of them were amazing, I saw a few of them regularly for years but this was hands down the best service and most comfortable first interaction with a massage therapist that I have ever received. And to top it off, was the most significant immediate relief that I have ever received. Cannot say enough positive things about her, thank you Celeste!

Not your typical massage, Brittany can read your body language and adjust the massage to your needs at that time. This allows her work on areas of energy blockage and when she is finished, you feel like a new person. Professionalism to the max.

She sounded unhappy and did not want to help us. We own a salon in Ocala and would never service people like that ! Always wanted to try this place , but customer service is important! I am leaving a review for the Deep Tissue Trigger Point Therapy service provided by Lucia V. Communication- 10 out of 10 Service- 10 out of 10 Atmosphere- 10 out of 10 I felt very comfortable expressing my opinions and asking for anything during my massage appointment with Lucia Vazquez. Although I didn't have to, it was important to me to feel at ease. The massage was the best I've ever had. Lucia was able to find knots that I didn't even know I had, and by the end, I felt incredibly relaxed. I would definitely recommend Lucia to my friends and family, and I plan to book another appointment with her in the future.

I have chronic neck and back pain. And I’ve suffered with it for years and years. I’ve had “ massages “ and some were actually really good. BUT none of them actually made a difference until today. I travel for work ( contributes to the pain) so I generally don’t have time for me. However today I was home and had some time to kill and I was in pain. I RANDOMLY selected B. W. H. M. W. C. and scheduled an appointment with JOANNE for that afternoon. No hassle. No problem. It’s a nice atmosphere. Typical. But who cares. I could and probably should go on for pages about the therapeutic treatment I received today. JOANNE is a solid and knowledgeable professional. And a nice person. She beat me up for an hour 😂. And I would have gladly let her continue for three more. The thing that amazed me is that I could feel my body changing. My legs seemed longer. I gained circulation in my hands where there was none. And I felt like a totally different person. My neck is NOT 100%. But that would have been “ water into wine “ if you know what I mean. And I do feel that given the time and additional visits I would be as near to that lofty number as is possible for me. I will be back. Soon. JOANNE showed me today what a great therapeutic massage is supposed to be. Run, walk, shamble to this establishment and expect to be astounded.

Facial 1:30 first time with Madison and it was fantastic! She was very welcoming, I felt comfortable and she made me feel amazing! I like that she let me talk but also when I wanted to relax she accommodated that also! She was very in tune with me and I will for sure return for more facials! Then at 5:30 I got a Swedish massage with Caitlyn who did my prenatal massages last year (nov.&dec.2023) to prepare me for my water birth which I successfully had 1/14/24!!!! She is amazing, knows just what to do and I had an amazing relaxing time at be well holistic all around! The oils and scents they use are perfect, the place is always clean, I feel at home and I’m so happy to be pampered and truly cared for and not just another client or product! They value my well being with awesome care!! Thank you!!!

I’ve been through PT, deep tissue massage, acupuncture, electro-conductive therapy (excruciating), steroid injection, and finally surgery. Nothing has worked like the medical massage I had with Joanne. I’m walking again without pain. Unbelievable!!!! I am finally hopeful again.

Best Massage Ever!! I've had many massages here and at other places. By far this is the best; from the cleanliness to staff professionalism. I have never been dissatisfied, in fact I leave much better and feeling like a spring chicken. If you are looking for a place that takes care in their craft, you've found it. Update: Over the years I have continued to receive the best massages. The staff, the space, and the energy of Be Well Massage and Wellness Center is unparalleled, they are the Best of the Best! Yesterday, I tried the infrared sauna for the first time. Wow, what a great experience. I feel like I was able to breathe better and was able to get a nice detox. The whole experience was just more than I expected! It was perfectly paired with my massage.

This place is a total hidden gem in Ocala. It's been my first massage treatment and I went with almost the full package: infrared sauna, 1 hour massage + facial and chiropractor. As a first time customer, you also get rebates. The staff is very attentive, explains everything and never makes you feel uncomfortable. The sauna was already very relaxing, chilling music and breathing exercises guide you through 30 minutes of mild sweating - which felt great and detoxifying. Afterwards, I got warmed cleaning towels, a robe and slippers and we went to my massage therapy. The massage therapist can concentrate on areas or do a full body massage, I picked the latter. I liked how soft-spoken she was which took away all of my anxiety, yet being able to give a powerful massage (she encouraged me to pick the intensity). During the treatment I felt so relaxed, I almost dozed off. BTW you never feel indecent, you can dress down to your level of comfort and she'll leave the room while you're getting on the table. All parts the therapist is not working on are covered by a warm blanket. The last treatment was the Chiropractor, which was a life altering experience for me. My neck and back got cracked in place and I honestly felt like I'd been reborn afterwards. I can only recommend BeWell massage to the fullest, the whole experience helped me to take my stress and anxiety from a long road trip away and made me feel like walking on clouds for a whole day. Treat your body and soul once in a while, you will not regret it.

As a local, Be Well has always been my favorite spa! What kept me coming back time and time again was the atmosphere and how calming and soothing it is inside. I love what the company represents with all organic products, all the way down to their laundry soap! There is an air of kindness to the building always, and Brittney did exceptionally detailed bodywork to me. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! It’s good for the soul to all who walk in. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage the first time we ever went and it was so enriching, calm, and effective for the both of us. We will continuously support this lovely establishment.

My boyfriend and I came to get deep tissue + hot stone massage for his birthday. We both came with back pain and got out from there same thing maybe worse… we asked especially for deep tissue strong massage that we didn’t got. They forgot about the stones and had to deal with that on the time of the massage. The massage was very pricy and we both went out from there really disappointed. We need to go do another massage after this

I’ve had more than a few massages in my 68 years, but none better than the one I experienced today with Hannah Talsky. She was interested in exactly what I needed before starting and then she hit every area perfectly. The atmosphere (ambience) was perfect, and everyone I met was kind and professional. I’m glad I stopped in to check it out instead of calling for my appointment as I was greeted by Hannah and knew instantly that I was in the right place. I’ll be back - soon !!

I’ve been to this spa/wellness center once before and had an amazing service! I’ve tried going back twice now and unfortunately both times I’ve scheduled service I’ve had my appointment cancelled because either the booking system isn’t being properly maintained so members of staff that are not available show up as available or I’ve been the only appointment for an “available not available” staff member and then you get a late night call and an hour before service appointment cancellation email. This has now happened to me twice. I won’t be trying to book service here again. I hope you can get your booking system fixed and staff scheduling coordinated more effectively for future customers.

Came here to relax and get away from reality. Although my therapist was good, the atmosphere/environment was absolutely terrible. At the 25th street location, they share an office with a chiropractic center and they were beyond noisy and unprofessional. The walls are paper thin as it is an older building, but at one point I asked if they were having a party that we weren’t invited to. Not 45 mins into the 90 min massage, it sounded like a construction zone in the room next door (maybe working on the hydraulic chiro table? Who knows). My poor therapist had to ask them to be quiet and stated that she often has to do that. I was given a 5% discount which wasn’t expected but appreciated. I usually never complain but being a massage therapist myself, I know those types of conditions not only prohibit relaxation but they can also block a therapists concentration and flow. I won’t go back again, but it wasn’t because of the therapist, it’s due to the atmosphere and unprofessionalism of their cohabitants

I was told to be at the massage office at 9 am, and arrived perhaps 5 minutes early. There was no one there, so I settled down with a book to wait. When the massage therapist arrived on his motorcycle the first thing I noticed was that he wore a full beard. I do not expect the men and women who wait on me in public ot be young and attractive, but I do expect them to be clean-cut and properly groomed. This means, no facial piercings, no visible tattoos, and no facial hair. It is a fact that people instinctively distrust men with beards. In any case his personal appearance colored my judgment of his performance, and I will NOT be back to that office for a massage.

Be Well Holistic Massage is amazing! As you enter, the ambiance, smell, soothing music is so inviting. The staff is very welcoming and attentive! My thermography technician, Sherry, who is amazing as well, recommended me to see Brittney because I was having serious rotator cuff pain. Having had rotator cuff surgery in the past, I thought that was my only option. Brittney has given me full range of motion with just one session! Brittney is extremely knowledgeable and answered my every question. She is a God send! I kid you not, she has changed my life. I am forever grateful, and I will be on her schedule again in the very near future! You rock Ms Brittney❣️

Be Well Holistic Wellness Center was amazing. I was able to book a same day appointment for chiropractic and massage. Dr. Gold addressed all my issues and was able to help alleviate my aches and pains. My massage with Victoria was terrific! She asked what areas I wanted her to focus on and she made me feel comfortable. I especially enjoyed the warm towels. My massage helped me to relax and ease the tension from my body. It also helped me get a fabulous nights' sleep. Thank you!

Brittney is extremely talented when it comes to body work. I am a fellow massage therapist and I am so inspired by her knowledge, patience, and intuition. Her wellness center has beautiful energy, and calming aromatherapy as soon as you walk through the front door. She offers a wide variety of services and every massage I’ve had with her is completely customized to what I need at that time. After my massage I got to experience the Halo Therapy Sauna and let me tell you, I felt like a new woman walking out. I felt so refreshed, relaxed, and people even commented that I was glowing! So thankful for Brittney, her staff, and her space. Be Well is a great place for holistic healing.

I had a fantastic experience at Be Well last Friday. The online health screening simplified the check-in process on the day of the appointment, which is a plus for me.
